EPST:
European Pilot Selection & Training (EPST) is a JAR approved TRTO (NL-TRTO-37/1). In addition to training, EPST offers various selection tools and services. All tools run on a standard PC with off-the-shelf joystick/rudder pedals. These tests have been especially designed to provide airlines or FTOs with an easy to administer and easy to interpret set of reports relating to aptitude, personality and/or technical comprehension. 

EPST pilot training
EPST is training about 40 students per year at Oxford Aviation Training in the UK. Another 30 are trained at DanFly Aviation in Vojens, Denmark

Function: Member EPST selection team

We are looking for English speaking applicants who have an interest in the selection and training of young men and women to be airline pilots.

Applicants should:
1 Have at least 5 years multi-crew airline jet flying experience on.
2 Have previous selection and / or instructional experience.
3 Be of British nationality or native English speaking.
4 Be available to work in the Netherlands (Utrecht) for at least 2 days a month.
5 Have an enthusiasm for working with young, aspirant pilots.

Obviously all expenses such as travel and hotels will be covered by EPST. The daily rate compensation for this function will be discussed as part of the application process.
