EPST: European Pilot Selection & Training (EPST) is a JAR approved TRTO (NL-TRTO-37/1). In addition to training, EPST offers various selection tools and services. All tools run on a standard PC with off-the-shelf joystick/rudder pedals. These tests have been especially designed to provide airlines or FTOs with an easy to administer and easy to interpret set of reports relating to aptitude, personality and/or technical comprehension.
EPST pilot training EPST is training about 40 students per year at Oxford Aviation Training in the UK. Another 20 are trained at an other FTO in Europe.
