EPST Basic Management Program
Nyenrode Business University and EPST are glad to announce the development of a Basic Management Program (BMP) for EPST student pilots as well as a Management Development Program for Aviation aimed at qualified pilot’s and airlines. Nijenrode

Nyenrode Business University and EPST have agreed to add a comprehensive and unique Basic Management Program (BMP) to the pilot training syllabus for EPST students. This program is specifically developed for EPST.
Castle Nijenrode The objective of this BMP course is to provide EPST’s pilot graduates with a better understanding of the management functions within the airline. It will provide an insight into the management role and contribution to the running of the airline.

A standard element in the course is a management simulation game in which the EPST students will be asked to function as airline managers and be responsible for decisions within this airline. The results of this game will be analyzed and discussed in detail with the participants.

The Nyenrode / EPST Basic Management Program is an optional part of the EPST First Officer pilot training program. The course will be given in Castle Nyenrode, which is a unique environment in itself. For course fee, please contact EPST.

Aviation Management Program

In addition to the BMP course for EPST’s pilots, Nyenrode Business University has developed a Aviation Management Program (AMP). In this program, potential captains and airline managers or pilots who want to improve their management skills will study in depth a wide variety of aspects of the management function. This Aviation Management Program will be provided through EPST and is available for airlines and individuals. The program will be provided at Castle Nyenrode and will cover 6 modules - one weekend for each module. The modules are independent and the program is completed when all modules are completed by the student.
